His background in cooking helps. A graduate of the California Culinary Academy, Teague worked in restaurants under Ben Barker and Scott Howell, on Alton Brown’s Food Network Show, Good Eats, and after that, he put in time at the New England Culinary Institute. It’s safe to say that he can cope with a change in flavor. In fact, he seems to thrive on having a new base component brought to him each month.
