A ruddy brew, Prohibition is rich and lingering, with notes of caramel, chocolate, fresh orange peel, and pine forests just after the rain.
Compositions in raw and polished wood, the venues are clean, warm and comfortable. Due to invisibly careful planning, the staff’s character and training, and the kinds of customers the Pony Bars draw, the ambience is welcoming without being obtrusive or cloying.
