This rooftop cocktail bar, like Roof at Park South, also sits atop a hotel—the Mondrian SoHo, in this case. Mimicking an “Italian beach club,” the images evoked by the setup scream “perfect summer day.” Its focus on gelato will not overshadow its penchant for cocktails, which patrons could enjoy beginning this May 15.
