1) The New Liquor Level: Low (or No) Alcohol Cocktails
The fad of “big glasses of straight liquor” seems to finally be subsiding - or at least ceding some room. Fizzes are are making their way onto elite cocktail lists far beyond the Clover Club (which has long known that fast and furious is not the only way to enjoy an evening), and the NoMad even has a dedicated list of sour, bitter, fun-to-drink no-alcohol cocktails.
