Winter sports deserve love too! The Winter X Games are in Apsen this year and run from January 23-26. If you're looking to watch the games with some beers or cocktails in hand, these bars have enough TVs to rival Best Buy and will be happy to turn on the X Games.    

Astoria Brewhouse: The games will be on here starting at 9 PM and are accompanied by $3 Brew-S.A Bottles, $4 Yuenglings, $7 Rolling Rock & a shot of Jack or Cuervo, $14 pitchers of Yuengling, and $20 beer buckets with your choice of Bud, Bud Light, Miller High Life, or Rolling Rock.

The 13th Step: With 32 HDTVs, The 13th Step is one of New York’s best places to keep up with all things sports. Winter X Games is no exception. Strap yourself in at the bar, order up a brewski, and enjoy all the action-packed excitement beaming in from Aspen. And to add to the excitement of the games, everyday from 11:30 AM-8 PM, the whole bar is half price.

Blondies Sports: Ask and you shall receive is the motto of this traditional sports bar. With plenty of TVs and all the sports packages, requests are gladly taken at this Upper West Side joint. The X Games, golf, hokey, all sports fans are invited. While catching the sick tricks of the X Games, you’ll be able to get the sick two-for-one happy hour specials until 7 PM.

The Stumble Inn: Another bar that is happy to grant requests, The Stumble Inn has 14 flat screens and 3 big screens, all of which are dedicated to sports. If the Upper East Side is your ‘hood of choice, head to The Stumble Inn any day between 11:30 AM and 7 PM to score half price on any drink. 

The Gin Mill: Another bar with crazy specials is The Gin Mill, with half price happy hour running until 8 PM everyday. The Gin Mill has 28 HDTVs and 20 different beers to ensure you don’t get bored of your brew while you watch.

Downtown Bar: This bar boasts 21 taps, one cask, over 800 bottles, and a wide selection of liquors, along with plenty of TVs. If you want to drink it, they probably have it. Is there any better way to catch the frosty X Games than with your favorite frosty brew?
