This unique Williamsburg outpost is part bar, part movie theater. The living-room vibe and fully stocked bar make it unexpectedly fun spot to spend an afternoon. Head there on Memorial Day for a screening of the 80’s classic, Dirty Dancing, and sip on their special beverage of the evening: watermelon margaritas in honor of the movie’s iconic scene. Known for the uninhibited crowds and rowdy evening affairs, House of Yes in Bushwick is always the place to go for a fun-filled night out. This year, check out their 3rd Annual YES Memorial Day BBQ + Party to that pays tribute to all things Americana. (2 Wyckoff Ave.)

 

Like always, Memorial Day coincides with Fleet Week. On Saturday, head to Bryant Park’s Southwest Porch to honor those in uniform and enjoy sipping your cocktails in the sunshine. Stage48
For something a little different, head to Stage48 to partake in their Memorial Day and Fleet Week silent disco. Pop on your personal wireless headphones and tune into the sets of three different DJs and entry before midnight secures you $8 well drinks for the evening. (605 W. 48th St.; 212-957-1800)
