This new secret spot in the Financial District is hidden away behind Hole in the Wall coffee shop. Seating only 40 people, this hidden hangout offers Australian-leaning concoctions and 11 signature cocktails for the movers and shakers on Wall St.—or anyone in the know. This beloved NoLita and Chelsea restaurant is opening their first Brooklyn location in Dumbo this spring. Though known for their healthy eats and fresh seafood, the highly Instagram-able eatery has a solid and often-overlooked cocktail menu. Try their fresh juices with a shot of tequila or one of their light and summery craft concoctions. (66 Water St.; 212-730-6005)

 

Now open in Industry City, this brewery is dedicated to American craft sake. The brewery and tasting room is open Friday and Saturday evenings, and made entirely from American ingredients. The first sake brewery in all of New York, this spot also has a selection of bar snacks like toasted nori and charcuterie plates. (68 34th St.; 347-766-1601)

 

The former home of beloved bar Spitzer’s Corner, this new establishment offers German brews and bites. Opened earlier this month, this spot is still a bit of a mystery but will satisfy any of your beer cravings. (101 Rivington St.)
