Named for the New Orleans street famous for its revelry, this Hell’s Kitchen outpost serves up true Big Easy vibes. With $5 hurricanes and Bud Lights all day long, there’s no better spot for Mardi Gras. Try their signature jambalaya at half price or opt for the lethal Swamp Juice cocktail. Infirmary
For a tamer take on Fat Tuesday, head to Infirmary on the Upper East Side. Their cajun-inspired menu features classic ingredients like crawfish, grits and beignets and a rotating special of NOLA features. But the true showstoppers here are the cocktails with a Big Easy twist, like the Lady Voodoo made with Louisiana dark rum or the popular absinthe fountain.
