This upscale British pub and eatery located in Gramercy is so obsessed with gin, they even have a club that hosts gin tasting events. Cata
Gin and tonics are all the rage in Spain, and Cata, a Spanish-inspired in the Lower East Side provides modern Spanish tapas to pair with their gin focused cocktail list, which of course features a myriad of renditions on the classic gin and tonic. Pegu Club
At the forefront of today’s cocktail innovations, Pegu Club in Soho is dedicated to delivering the finest cocktails made just the way you like them. As it happens, Pegu Club is also the name of a cocktail from the 1930s involving gin, orange curaçao, lime and bitters. Apotheke in Chinatown is an apothecary themed bar that features multiple gin cocktails. While the menu, which is categorized by ailment relief, features a lot of intriguing gin based cocktail we recommend a gin experience like no other by ordering the Siren’s Call: Gin, roasted seaweed, cucumber, squid ink, ginger, candy pearl, and black smoked lava salt. Highlands in the West Village is a Scottish themed gastropub offering bites from the motherland and curious cocktails to go with them.
