Analogue, a cocktail bar in Greenwich Village known for an extensive whiskey list of 150 brands from the United States, Scotland, Japan and more, a mouth-watering food menu and live jazz—is announcing its list of new fall cocktails.
Cocktails with titles like:
Dorian Gray: Black Bottle Scotch, dry vermouth, pear liqueur, rosemary maple syrup, lemon and bitters—shaken and sprinkled with nutmeg.
Thy Neighbor’s Wife: Daiquiri with Velvet Falernum and Chartreuse imparting floral notes.
Chip Off the Old Block: Calvados Apple Brandy, Cynar 70, Luxardo Apricot Liqueur, lemon juice and an apple chip.
Velveteen Rabbit: Remy Martin 1738 Cognac, Nux Alpina Walnut Liqueur, housemade toasted hazlenut orgeat, lemon, egg white and whiskey barrel aged bitters.
Looking to pair your beverage with something to nibble on? Analogue has a menu of elevated bar favorites to complement their fall cocktails. That list has items such as steak tartare with capers, cornichon, red onion, chive and quail egg, "Devils on Horseback"—bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with blue cheese, roasted cauliflower with lemon caper butter and chili flakes, and grilled cheese with maple-smoked cheddar, brie and red onion jam on sourdough.
Analogue is located at 19 W 8th St. and is open Sunday through Thursday 5 PM–12:30 AM and 5 PM–2:30 AM on Friday and Saturday.
