Passage Irish Bar and Kitchen describes itself as a “modern take on a traditional Irish pub with hearty and unique food.” What that means in plain English is a new menu full of creative cocktails, not to mention 27 craft beers on tap and 88 Irish whiskeys, which is one of the largest collections in NYC. They recently rolled out a new cocktail menu, which is modern while remaining true to the bar’s Irish roots.
The new cocktail menu reveals drinks mostly named after Irish bands or songs, like The Violent Femme (Jameson Black Barrel, Earl Grey tea infused syrup, freshly torn mint, Chambord, muddled blackberries), Jackie Wilson Said (Uisce Beatha Irish Whiskey, ginger beer, fresh lemon juice, muddled strawberries) and Let No Man Steal Your Thyme (Teeling Small Batch Irish Whiskey, homemade thyme and honey syrup, Downeast Craft Cider, fresh lemon juice.)
On top of that, for a limited time, Passage will be featuring a Bottomless Brunch. On Sundays from now through Sept. 11th, for $14. you’ll get a brunch entree and 90 minutes of your choice of Bloody Marys, select draught beers, screwdrivers, house wine, or mimosas. Whiskey more your thing? The price goes to just $32.
Head to Passage today to taste-test their new cocktails or enjoy a bottomless brunch while enjoying the bar’s unique take on a classic Irish pub.
