Heights Tavern in Washington Heights will host the perfect end of summer beer dinner with Brooklyn Brewery on Tuesday, September 1, from 7 to 10 PM. Enjoy five courses and five beers to bring the season to a close.

The first course will feature chargrilled octopus, fingerling potatoes, and shiitake mushroom paired with Brooklyn Pilsner. The second course will feature beer braised beef cheek tamale with Local 2. Third course is pan seared scallop with Sorachi Ace. The fourth course is pork belly and quail egg paired with Brooklyn Blast, and the dessert is white chocolate and goat cheese mousse with Vintage Brooklyn Black Chocolate Stout. The evening’s signature cocktail is the Summer Ale Cocktail made with Wild Turkey American Honey, Pama, banana, raspberry gum syrup, Regans Bitters, Pok Pok Som Grapefruit Vinegar, pineapple, topped with Frozen Brooklyn Summer Ale and chili powder.

Tickets are $62 with tax and tip included, and can be purchased online. A portion of each ticket will support The River Fund New York.
