July 11 is apparently National Mojito Day, and while these made up holidays come fast and furious, this is one we're all about embracing. To celebrate, how about a Pink Mojito, an Asian inspired version from Hakkasan. The cocktail is a quintessential summer drink that balances the spice and tang of Cabeza tequila with cranberry juice, brown simple syrup, lime and mint. The Pink Mojito is available in Hakkasan's Ling Ling lounge as well as the main dining room ($15).

Pink Mojito

2 oz Cabeza tequila
1/2 oz brown simple syrup
20 mint leaves
1/2 lime

Muddle mint and lime with simple syrup and pour over crushed ice. Add tequila and top with cranberry juice.
