You can now board Apollo, Sixpoint's summer wheat beer, which has been welcomed into our discerning city with open arms. Be prepared to see the pint-sized can in many a New Yorker's hand this season. Sharp and strong tasting, Apollo isn't a wallflower. It reminds you of it's presence with every sip - and it's taste can be defined in three very distinct stages: a dry clove flavoring that might remind you at first of a fall beer, followed quickly by a snappy citrus note, and then finishes with a pop of dry, spritzy sweetness.
