Sixpoint Brunch at Garces Trading Company
Head to Garces Trading Company this weekend for a special $25 four-course brunch offering, paired with a flight of Sixpoint craft beers. You can also choose to order any of the special matchups a la carte, to go with selections off the regular menu. Check out the full lineup, below. – Bread Basket with Sixpoint Coffee Stout bread, Olive Oil Scones, Bacon Sticky Buns with Sixpoint Diesel beer glaze and Twice-baked Brioche with Belgian Rye, a Belgian style dark ale with rye and chocolate flavors
– Mortadella Kielbasa with house mustard and caramelized onions, paired with Righteous Ale, a rye ale with earthy hops and sweet malt
– Pancetta Pizza with tomato-squash fondue, fior di latte and basil, paired with Bengali Tiger IPA, an India Pale Ale with a citrus aroma
– Croque Auvergnat with prosciutto cotto, fourme d’ambert and fried egg, paired with Diesel, a dark stout beer with a toffee sweetness finish.
