Highland Tap and Burger to Host Beer Pairing Dinner

Join the Highland Tap and Burger on Tuesday, May 20, for a special five-course dinner featuring Chef Eli Odell of HTB and Chef Darrell Jensen of CyclHOPS Bike Cantina. The dinner will be paired with classic and rare beers from Oskar Blues Brewery.
CyclHOPS is a full-service taco and tequila joint in Longmont that is inspired by the area’s bicycle culture and is also operated by Oskar Blues. There is also a full-service bike shop and retail location for REEB (that’s beer backwards) Cycles on site.
Tickets for the dinner are $55 per person and include tax and gratuity. The imbibing starts at 6:30 PM.
