On Inauguration Day, January 21, Jack Rose is paying homage to President Obama’s hometown with a Tiki Pig Roast Luau + Kona Brewery Tap Takeover. Starting at 6 PM, the popular heated rooftop deck will transform into a Hawaiian Luau complete with hula dancers, grass skirts, leis and SPAM. The outdoor Tiki Bar will serve boozy rum tiki cocktails out of fresh pineapples and coconuts while Hawaii’s Kona Brewing Co. will take over the beer taps and raffle off big-item raffle prizes. Fresh, juicy pigs will be roasted on the rooftop’s wood-burning grill and chef will serve other luau-themed bites like SPAM Sliders.
