Drink Denver Launch Party at Highland Tap & Burger: RECAP
Thursday night we threw a launch party at Highland Tap & Burger, and it was pretty awesome. Why? We gave away “I Drink Real Beer Because I’m Awesome” t-shirts and slick Drink Denver keychain bottle openers (the kind that don’t hurt your hand when you try to use them). There were also free t-shirts from our sponsor Spring 44, makers of excellent spirits using Rocky Mountain spring water, and from Pints for Prostates, our nonprofit partner.
We also raised money for Pints for Prostates throughout the night by selling pints of Red Hoptober, graciously donated by sponsor New Belgium Brewing, and specially priced copper mugs of Denver Donkey cocktails made with Spring 44. Several people at the party also bought ticket for Pints for Prostates huge raffle for a BeerTrips.com beer adventure for two in Europe — a seriously killer prize (the drawing is in 2013).
A huge thanks to everyone who came out to raise a glass with us! Thanks are also due to HTB, a great venue in the Lower Highlands (if anyone’s thinking about booking a holiday party, check this place out).
