Drink Denver Launch Party at Highland Tap & Burger, October 4
Drink Denver has arrived! On Thursday, October 4, we’ll be at Highland Tap & Burger for our official launch party, and you are invited. Come join us from 5-9 PM at the Lower Highlands spot for a pay-as-you-go extended happy hour, with drink specials, merch giveaways, raffles and more.
We’ve partnered with the local affiliate of Pints for Prostates, a nationwide organization dedicated to raising awareness of and fighting prostate cancer through the universal language of beer. Throughout the party, $1 from each of our featured drinks sold will be donated to this worthy cause.
HTB will be serving Denver Donkeys (aka Moscow Mules) made with Rocky-Mountain-clear Spring 44 vodka. The traditional copper mug of this ginger-beer-and-lime-spiked cocktail holds 18.5 ounces of drink, and for this night is just $6 instead of the usual $8. New Belgium Red Hoptober will also be featured, and a buck from each $5 pour will go to the nonprofit.
Raffles will be held throughout the night, and you can win “I Drink Real Beer” t-shirts, gift certificates and other drinking-related goodness. We’ll also have plenty of merch to giveaway, like bottle openers and other fun gizmos (that you can keep or hand off to your younger siblings or cousins as desired).
