Enjoy a special dinner at Highland Tap and Burger on Thursday, February 4. The Brewed Food and Beer Pairing Dinner will feature Colorado’s own New Belgium Brewing and a special menu by Chef Eli Odell.
The folks at New Belgium were nice enough to provide the ingredients used to brew their beers to use in the food, ingredients like yeast, hops, and barley. The ingredients will be put to good use in a six-course dinner paired with amazing New Belgium beers.
Cost is $50 per person, and tickets can be reserved online here. The eating and drinking start at 6 PM.
