Gose, a specialty of the town Leipzig and one of the lesser known German beer styles, is brewed with salt water and coriander which results in a light sourness and dryness. This sour wheat beer is outrageously refreshing and perfect to help celebrate the warmer months. Several other German sour beers will be featured as well.
