Breckenridge Brewery Announces Official Denver Comic Con Beer
Get ready to cosplay Denver because the beer is here! Breckenridge Brewery has just announced the official beer of the 2017 Denver Comic Con and it is glorious. I AM BREWT! was the name chosen from over 650 submissions during the annual beer naming contest in May. Inspired by the loveable character, Groot, from Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy, this beer is a Bohemian Pilsner that is soft and crisp with a subtle earthy aroma. Are you ready to try it?
Officially unveiled last Friday, I AM BREWT! will be on tap at various bars and restaurants around town through Denver Comic Con, which happens at the Colorado Convention Center June 30 through July 2.Two of those locations are at Brooklyn’s next to the Pepsi Center and Hard Rock Café next to the convention center. The beer will also be served at special locations inside Denver Comic Con and attendees will have the chance to take home limited edition I AM BREWT! pint glasses.
For those attending Denver Comic Con, be sure to check the Breckenridge Brewery on Facebook for information on DCC's official After Parties. Friday will be at the Paramount Café starting at 7 PM and Saturday is at Hard Rock starting at 9 PM.
